Abstract– According to the technological development and that of the New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT), and the evolution of organizational management systems, as well, in front of the new socio-economic factors, and the successive deep international changes, resulting from the globalization, the organization services and structures as well as their process activities (agribusiness industry, automotive industry, infrastructure industry, mining industry…) became more flexible, interactive and virtual. Nowadays, the worldwide mining sector, especially in morocco, marks a radical evolution as productivity and investment regards, which allows it the upgrading of a country characterized by mining vacation to a mining production country. This vision forces a sustainable strategy for improvement in order to position in a market, which is marked by a strong competition. Such a situation encourages the mining companies to cooperate deep changes of their systems of production, as regards energy optimization, quality improvement (products, works…), of safety, of knowledge, of competence, and of industrial performance, while taking account thus the environmental protection. In this paper, we present the actual position of the mining sector in morocco, as regards production, investment, and processing, then we purpose our contribution relation to design a global Management system entitled SDMS (Sustainable Development Management System), ensuring a transition, on which allows the Moroccan companies to get a position into the international mining field.

Abstract– The uptake capacity and MB affinity of clay adsorbent is largely dependent on the mineral composition as well as site orientation and availability of the clay adsorbent. The characteristic of Ekowe clay as revealed in the pH, PZC, CEC, FTIR, and the porosity and enhanced surface area influenced by the modifications showed morphological and structural changes that resulted in the high adsorption potential of the clay. The modification improved total surface area portrayed RS-22.04m2g-1, RCS-30.36m2g-1 and ACS-40.92m2g-1. Mineralogy (FTIR) revealed the presence of admixtures. PZCs < solution pH indicated cation affinity, capability of floc formation and enhanced dye adsorption. Statistical regression, error analysis as well as qe,exp and qe,cal agreement showed the Lagergren pseudo-second-order kinetic model as best fit to the experimental data. Intra-particle diffusion and diffusion resistance gave contributive control to the rate at which the MB diffused to and from the clay surfaces.

Abstract– In order to develop the infrastructure and to improve service and utilities in Khartoum state, the government did a contract in 2010 to cover the state with large scale topographic maps. Digital aerial photography was the choice of producing these maps. Photogrammetric technical specifications were suggested by a high technical committee. Although there was no consultant, produced photographic coverage and maps were not checked. This research work aims to make a technical evaluation of the products concentrating on some parameters including camera specification, scale of photography and accuracy evaluation. Results proved that the used camera, photographic coverage and map products did not agree with specification.

Abstract– Microarray experiment allows to measure expression levels of thousands of genes simultaneously. The gene expression analysis is the process to find similar expression patterns under different conditions. In this paper the interrelated two way clustering proposed by Tang et. al is parallelized and implemented on MATLAB parallel computing environment with multicore processor. The method finds one set of biclusters at a time with specified number of genes and conditions. Advantage of serial interrelated two way clustering method is that one can use relationship between groups of genes and samples. The well-known techniques correlation coefficient and variance calculation for the gene expression profiles is used to reduce the genes from the list to generate more cohesive biclusters. We have shown the performance of both techniques here, that shows the genes have low variance and high correlation are the good coherent biclusters. We illustrate the method on well-known gene expression datasets: yeast microarray dataset. The performance of this method has shown the effectiveness for gene expression analysis in multi-core platform.
